That is what the full job costs if you buy it piece by piece. It is also why most tradesmen’s websites sit on page five — they paid for the build and stopped there, because the monthly bill is the part nobody warns you about.

“I was quoted £600 for a website”

You probably were. Ask what was in it. At £600 you are getting one site, off a template, with your name dropped into somebody else’s words, stock photos, and nothing behind it.

No copy written for your trade. No SEO, so it never gets found. No ads pointed at it. No phone answered when you are up a ladder. And critically — no jobs. A website that nobody visits is a business card that costs six hundred quid.

What you are looking at is written for your town and your trade, with the SEO and the ads and the answering already paid for — and where a package covers more than one town, that is a separate site for each. It is not the same thing and it should not cost the same.
